Platform Comparison

This functionality is useful when you want to compare Gene-ID list with existing platform .

Compare a Gene ID list with a existing Platform

• Click on Browse button to upload a list of Gene ID file with single coloumn in it.

• Enter GPL ID of the existing platform

• Click on Compare button

• After successful comparison between novel and existing platform, application displays Links of Unique and Common gene on
  the Result summary page.

• Link is available on the page to browse the result table.

• The result table displays Unique and Common probes/genes with gene symbol and description.

• The links are also available on result summary page to download common and unique genes.
• The link is also available on result table page to download entire result table.
