If you would like to annotate using your probe ID list,please use the first choice, which gives a high quality result in a short time for any platform deposited into GEO. If the first choice fails, please use the second choice to annotate your platform based on the external identifiers in your data file.

Please load a list of probe IDs for the whole array platform with one probe ID each line. Files with more than one column will not be processed. Here is an example input file. Your probe ID list will be compared with pre-computed existing arrays to add the latest gene annotations into your file.
Annotate by Gene/Clone/Protein ID List: [Help]
Please load a list of gene IDs with one probe each line. Each column contains only one ID type with a column header. Columns must be delimited by tab.Here is an example input file. All columns of gene IDs will be compared with our universal gene identifier table to identify the best matching column, which is then used to add the latest gene annotation into your file. You need to specify the Taxonomy ID for the species of your platform.
