	Platform Comparison
	Introduction
	This server is to compare two microarray platforms to find their corresponding probes mapping to the same gene, enabling the comparison of gene expression data from these two platforms. If both platforms have already been deposited into GEO, please use "Compare two GEO platforms". You can find the GEO platform GPL ID for your array using GPL ID Search function.

	If one platform is custom designed, please use "Compare a Novel Platform with a GEO Platform". You will need identifiers for the probes, such as RefSeq, accession, IMAGE clone, or institutional clone IDs, and the taxonomy ID for the species in your custom designed platform. You can have multiple columns of gene identifiers with the same type in each column. Our server will automatically find the column that map the largest number of probes to Entrez Gene IDs.
